Local delivery for frozen prepared meals is available for $5 per order to the following postal codes K4A, K1B, K1E, K1C, K1W, K1J, K1K, K1G, K1H, and K1T. Frozen food items are shipped weekly on Wednesdays from 8am to 4pm.
