Pork butt sourced from Lavergne Western Beef, rubbed in our secret spice blend, seared then braised.  Then pulled, and mixed with our signature sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.

 

Have received very high praise on this menu item, many customers saying it’s the best pulled pork they’ve ever had.

 

WHAT TO PAIR IT WITH

Use on its own, in a sandwich, or, in a casserole dish.

 

HOW TO COOK IT

Fully cooked before frozen, just place bag in a pot of simmering water for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
